Cooking Class Resources
- We have solicited food skills resources from various Registered Dietitians and Public Health Units to assist you in preparing your food skills program specific for your target population.
- Feed Your Mind (target population: children aged 2-6 & their parent/caregiver) – contact Sylvia Blay at for resources or more information
- You’re The Chef (target population: youth ages 10 and up) – Niagara Region Public Health (note – to run this program you must complete a full workshop. Contact the Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit at 519-352-7270 for more information).
