Chatham-Kent Food Skills Network
The Food Skills Network is a working group of the Chatham-Kent Food Policy Council. This group was formed to assist individuals and organizations within Chatham-Kent to develop food skills by providing training, tools, resources and networking.
The group has four main priorities:
1. Networking – To provide and encourage networking between community organizations and individuals using opportunities available.
2. Training – To develop, coordinate and deliver food skills training.
3. Program Development – To develop and share programs that will support food skills workshops.
4. Resource Development – To develop and/or acquire resources to share in the community that will support increased food skills in Chatham-Kent.
