Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a gleaning volunteer with the CK Gleaning Project!

NOTE: IF you are a community agency staff member who will ONLY be picking up the gleaned produce at the fields, you DO NOT have to complete the volunteer training. BUT IF you are a community agency staff member who will be volunteering to glean the fields, please complete the volunteer training.

Please complete the following steps to become a gleaning volunteer:

  1. Watch the Training Video
  2. Please complete the online quiz
  3. Complete the appropriate volunteer application form and submit via email OR drop it off in-person to CK Public Health (2nd floor of the Health and Family Services building at 435 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, Ontario). If you have any questions please reach out to them for further assistance. 
  4. Please send an email to confirm that you completed the training.
